1) What do you do with the box?

Plug it into any wall outlet.

2) What does the box do?

It reduces the electricity flow through the circuit you plug the box into by communicating with the appliances, asking for the proper amount of electricity, and then smoothing out what electricity flows through the circuit.

3) How many boxes do I need for my home?

The number varies based on the size of your home & your lifestyle. We recommend one for the kitchen circuit, one for the hot water heater (if it is electric), one for the laundry area, if you wash clothes several it times a week, & one for the computer / entertainment area, again depending on the usage.

4) Is there a warranty?

Yes; we offer a eighteen month product replacement guarantee if the product stops working.

5) Where are these boxes manufactured?

We have a manufacturing plant in China, which is currently making our products. We are actively looking to move a part of our manufacturing to the US.

6) Do these boxes work on 110 & 220?

Yes, these boxes will work on both types.

9) Are there any other products on the market similar to yours?

Yes; the technology is not new. However, our product is more efficient, also acting as a surge protector, & corrects the Power Factor of the electrical current flowing through the box. Nothing else we are aware of does all of that in one unit at our pricing. It is truly a great value!

10) How much savings will I see?

This depends on several factors such as how large your electrical bill is & what kind of lifestyle you lead regarding your energy usage. Typically, if you place 2-3 boxes in the recommended locations, you will more than recoup your investment in less than 4-6 months. In some cases, you will receive a larger savings allowing you to recoup your investment quicker. It really depends on your current energy lifestyle, but the product will definitely pay for itself quickly.
